Join our team: we are hiring a retail sales associate in Bibb County, Alabama. The job is in a shopping mall outlet. Your main tasks: • Plan the route and visit retailers on the beat • Upsell and cross-sell add-on products • Demonstrate product features and pricing on the shop floor • Negotiate prices and close the deal • Collect customer payments and chase outstanding dues Ideal candidate: • Minimum 1 year of field or retail sales experience • Willing to work on a commission/incentive basis 2+ years on the tools preferred.
