Ideal candidate: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler You will run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; season and marinate meat on request; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date. 5+ years on the tools preferred.
