Captain waiter wanted in Williams County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a captain waiter in Williams County, Ohio. On the job you will handle: • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left Requirements: • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness 6+ years on the tools preferred.
