Immediate opening: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Esan Central, Edo. You will work at a fast-food outlet. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays On the job you will handle: • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha Full-time, day shift.
