Deboner wanted in Oguta

Join our team: we are hiring a deboner in Oguta, Imo State. You should have: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day Your main tasks: • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
