Back-of-house cleaner • Ifedayo, Osun State

Vacancy available: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Ifedayo, Osun State. On the job you will handle: • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles Ideal candidate: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
