Prep cook wanted in Iseyin

Immediate opening: we are hiring a prep cook in Iseyin, Oyo State. The job is at a cloud kitchen. You will prepare the mise en place before each service; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs. Ideal candidate: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
