Bakery assistant wanted in Ahiazu-Mbaise

Immediate opening: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Ahiazu-Mbaise, Imo State. Day to day you will grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream. Requirements: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts. ₦120,000 per project, negotiable for the right hands.
