Head baker wanted in Magumeri

Join our team: we are hiring a head baker in Magumeri, Borno State. You will shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing. What we are looking for: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Basic cake decorating and piping skills On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
