Your main tasks: • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery You should have: • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform Full-time with occasional weekends.
