Join our team: we are hiring a baker in Juniata County, Pennsylvania. You should have: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics The role involves rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand.
