Lifting rigger wanted in Odo Otin

Vacancy available: we are hiring a lifting rigger in Odo Otin, Osun State. You will work at a shipyard. The role involves: • Secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists • Set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads • Tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear • Read lift plans and method statements before starting What we are looking for: • Valid rigging / lifting certificate or banksman-slinger ticket • Able to inspect and reject defective lifting gear • Physically fit to handle heavy chains, slings and shackles At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
