Cabinet maker — Carson City

We are recruiting: we are hiring a cabinet maker in Carson City, Nevada. Day to day you will cut sheet material and timber with a circular saw, jigsaw and table saw; cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet; build and erect roof trusses, rafters and stud partitions; read and work from architectural drawings and cutting lists; finish surfaces with varnish, wax, lacquer or wood stain; check work for level, plumb and square with a spirit level. Requirements: • NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry and Joinery or equivalent • Physically fit to lift, kneel and work at height Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
