Maintenance painter — Jersey County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a maintenance painter in Jersey County, Illinois. You will fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps; measure up and work out paint and material quantities; mask off windows, skirting and fittings with tape and sheeting; sand and fill walls before applying primer; carry out snagging and touch-ups before handover. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of surface prep and the right primers • Working-at-height / PASMA scaffold ticket an advantage • Skilled with brush, roller and spray application Six days a week, one day off.
