Now hiring: crawler crane operator (Osun State)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a crawler crane operator in Obokun, Osun State. You will work at a container port and shipping yard. Your main tasks: • Read and interpret the load chart before every lift • Set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground • Work out the load weight and the lifting radius • Fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure • Grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands • Help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone You should have: • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts • Current medical and eyesight certificate 6+ years on the tools preferred.
