Baker wanted in Bauchi

Now hiring: we are hiring a baker in Bauchi, Bauchi State. You will work at a cake shop. On the job you will handle: • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Score the top of loaves before baking • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds Ideal candidate: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Able to work early-morning and night shifts Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
