Canteen cook • Gem County, Idaho

We are recruiting: we are hiring a canteen cook in Gem County, Idaho. You will be based at a cloud kitchen. What we are looking for: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen On a typical shift you will prepare the mise en place before each service; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch.
