Great opportunity: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Berrien County, Michigan. You will be based at a fast-food outlet. The role involves prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in. You should have: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Strong knife skills and speed on the line Six days a week, one day off.
