Vacancy available: we are hiring a cake decorator in Rice County, Minnesota. You will work at a café with an on-site bakery. Ideal candidate: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • 2+ years' experience as a baker The role involves: • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
