Immediate opening: we are hiring a halal butcher in Foard County, Texas. You will work at a busy retail butcher's shop. The role involves monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled. Requirements: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
