Now hiring: we are hiring a grill cook in Johnson County, Arkansas. Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure The role involves check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch.
