We are recruiting: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Polk County, Texas. The role involves knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations.
