Chef de partie — Travis County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a chef de partie in Travis County, Texas. The job is in a hospital or office canteen. On the job you will handle: • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat You should have: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
