You should have: • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness Day to day you will follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket).
