Urgent requirement: prep cook (Virginia)

Now hiring: we are hiring a prep cook in Pulaski County, Virginia. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. On the job you will handle: • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift Requirements: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Six days a week, one day off.
