Back-of-house cleaner • Gboko, Benue State

Immediate opening: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Gboko, Benue State. The job is at a fast-food outlet. On the job you will handle: • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass Ideal candidate: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
