Urgent requirement: hydraulic crane operator (Michigan)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a hydraulic crane operator in Berrien County, Michigan. You will be based at a shipbuilding yard. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of rigging and slinging • Proven experience on mobile, tower or overhead cranes • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination Day to day you will help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone; set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground; work out the load weight and the lifting radius; keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL); watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
