Port container crane operator wanted in Buffalo County

Now hiring: we are hiring a port container crane operator in Buffalo County, Nebraska. You will be based on a high-rise tower crane. Requirements: • Able to read load charts and lifting plans • Understanding of hand and radio signals • A good head for heights for tower crane work The role involves: • Keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL) • Keep a safe distance from overhead power lines • Hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control • Climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins • Help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone Six days a week, one day off.
