Now hiring: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Worcester County, Massachusetts. On the job you will handle: • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well Requirements: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens Meals and transport allowance provided.
