Join our team: we are hiring a cook in Ughelli North, Delta State. On the job you will handle: • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces Requirements: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Strong knife skills and speed on the line Part-time with flexible hours.
