The role involves: • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Season and marinate meat on request Ideal candidate: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • 2+ years experience working as a butcher Pay around $2,900 per month, based on your experience.
