Requirements: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Accurate at weighing and following recipes Day to day you will proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity. ₦190,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
