Join our team: we are hiring a cake decorator in Caddo County, Oklahoma. You will work in a bread factory. On a typical shift you will decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; score the top of loaves before baking; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing. You should have: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks 5+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. Overtime paid at a premium rate. $4,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
