We are recruiting: we are hiring a dough maker in Lancaster County, Nebraska. Requirements: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Day-to-day duties: • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
