Confectioner — Ewekoro

We are recruiting: we are hiring a confectioner in Ewekoro, Ogun State. The role involves keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Food handler / hygiene certificate • 2+ years' experience as a baker On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Rotating shifts.
