Great opportunity: we are hiring a chef de partie in Pueblo County, Colorado. The role involves chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in. You should have: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
