Day to day you will MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place; feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray; buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections; treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection; knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly. You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a panel beater or in a body shop • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement • Good eye for panel gaps and body lines Rotating shifts.
