Sausage maker wanted in Eti Osa

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a sausage maker in Eti Osa, Lagos State. The job is in a meat processing plant. On the job you will handle: • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone What we are looking for: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate Full-time, day shift. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
