Vacancy available: we are hiring a confectioner in Raisen, Madhya Pradesh. You will check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing. We are looking for able to work early-morning and night shifts; understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics. At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off.
