Now hiring: we are hiring a bodyshop painter in Kamjong, Manipur. The job is at a dealership paint shop. Day-to-day duties: • Apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels • Apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour • Sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting • Apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun • Mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper Ideally you have comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE; skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns.
