On a typical shift you will season and marinate meat on request; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders. Ideal candidate: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling Rotating shifts.
