Urgent requirement: restaurant steward (Alabama)

Join our team: we are hiring a restaurant steward in Marshall County, Alabama. You will work in a quick-service restaurant. You will handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar. What we are looking for: • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts Full-time with occasional weekends.
