The role involves backfill trenches and foundations once services are laid; grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms; form embankments and batter slopes to the required angle; rip hard ground and rock using the rear ripper shank; carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil; strip topsoil and stockpile it for later reuse. You should have: • Knowledge of daily greasing and pre-start inspections • Proven experience operating crawler dozers (D6 to D8 class) Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
