Mechanical press operator wanted in Meriwether County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a mechanical press operator in Meriwether County, Georgia. The job is at a white goods manufacturing plant. Requirements: • ITI in fitter, machinist or sheet metal trade preferred • Physically fit to stand a full shift and lift blanks up to 20 kg • Attention to detail and steady hands for accurate loading You will apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean; feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts; clear scrap and offcuts from the die area; top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways; operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses; punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. We offer $11,500 per project plus benefits. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
