Great opportunity: we are hiring a cabinet maker in Obowo, Imo State. Your main tasks: • Cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet • Finish surfaces with varnish, wax, lacquer or wood stain • Plane and sand timber to a smooth, square finish • Glue, clamp, screw and dowel joints together • Measure and mark out timber using a tape, square and marking gauge • Read and work from architectural drawings and cutting lists Ideal candidate: • CSCS card for site-based work an advantage • Confident with hand and power tools such as saws, routers and planers • Accurate to fine tolerances on finish work We offer ₦205,000 per month plus benefits.
