Immediate opening: we are hiring an auto body repairer in Deschutes County, Oregon. The job is at a busy body shop. The role involves: • MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place • Replace damaged doors, wings, bonnets and bumpers • Pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder • Straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains What we are looking for: • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports • Attention to detail and a clean, even finish • Able to set up and use a frame/jig straightening bench 6+ years on the tools preferred.
