Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards The role involves taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs.
