We are recruiting: we are hiring a bread baker in Ivo, Ebonyi State. You will be based at a café with an on-site bakery. Day to day you will boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe. Requirements: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • 2+ years' experience as a baker A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
