Ideal candidate: • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change On a typical shift you will polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; check back during the meal and handle special requests.
