Join our team: we are hiring a bread baker in Mesa County, Colorado. You will be based at an in-store supermarket bakery. Day to day you will grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards. Requirements: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Basic cake decorating and piping skills 1+ years on the tools preferred. Performance bonus on top of base pay.
